What's Happening in A.I.M, & The Garden Atelier

It's spring here in the Pacific Northwest, where the weather can shift from rain to sunshine in the same afternoon.  Last winter, I prepared the garden beds, and this season I've been busy building a chicken coop - one project at a time, just like everything else around here.

Inside the studio, AIM workshops are continuing to grow.  Recently, we explored neurographic drawing, a creative exercise that helps the brain slow down, make new connections, and practice flexibility (especially good for ADHD and perfectionism).  It's simple, hands-on, and surprisingly powerful.  Here's an example from a recent session so you can see what the process looks like.
